These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Chef's Voice, an AI-powered hands-free cooking assistant developed and provided by NexCode.

By creating an account and using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, please do not use the service.

✅ Purpose & Acceptable Use

Chef's Voice is intended as a hands-free cooking tool for chefs and cooking enthusiasts. The service offers:

• AI-powered voice conversation for cooking assistance (Brainstorming mode)
• Guided voice assistance during active cooking (Cooking mode)
• Recipe generation and portion scaling

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent time limits, the payment system, or security mechanisms.
• Use the service for illegal purposes.
• Share your account with other people.
• Use automated tools (bots) to interact with the service.

💳 Subscriptions & Payment

Chef's Voice offers the following plans:

Payments are processed by Stripe. Unused minutes do not carry over to the next period. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time via Settings in the app.

↩️ Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, provided the service has not been commenced. Since Chef's Voice is a digital service that activates immediately upon purchase, the right of withdrawal lapses when you begin using your purchased minutes.

For technical issues or incorrect charges — contact us at support@nexcode.se and we will resolve it.

🤖 AI-Generated Content

Chef's Voice uses Google's Gemini AI to generate responses and recipes. Please note:

• AI-generated recipes and advice are suggestions, not professional dietary or medical advice.
• Always manually verify allergies and dietary restrictions.
• NexCode is not responsible for decisions made based on AI responses.
• AI model behaviour may change with updates from Google.

🔒 Account & Security

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service.
• You can delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account.

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

NexCode provides the service "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for:

• Outages caused by third-party services (Google, Stripe).
• Loss of data due to technical failures.
• Indirect damages resulting from use of the service.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 3 months.

📝 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via the app or email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the app after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

🇸🇪 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall first be resolved through dialogue. If we cannot reach an agreement, the dispute will be settled by a general court in Sweden.
